This allows us to assess your hair, tailor recommendations, and design your dream look so everything runs seamlessly on the day. Please note, we do not offer virtual consultations as an in-person consultation is the only way to ensure a seamless, bespoke result.

For hair extensions, consultations are essential if you’re opting for methods other than 20-inch nano beads—our most popular option—as bespoke extensions need to be ordered at least one week in advance.

Yes, there’s unlimited on-street parking available beside the salon on Melody Street for your convenience.

While we adore animals, we’re unable to accommodate pets in the salon due to our space constraints.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit for all new sets of hair extensions to secure your booking. While deposits are not required for colour appointments, we do ask that you confirm your appointment with a payment card. Please note that failure to confirm may result in the loss of your booking.

Our reusable hair extension methods—nano beads, micro beads, wefts, and tapes—typically last around nine months with proper care.

We stock 20-inch nano bead extensions as they are our most popular option. We also have limited stock of tapes and keratin bonds; however, for bespoke sets or alternative methods, a consultation is recommended to ensure availability.

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure fair access to appointments for all our clients.
